Underground Economy

Every path in the underworld has a ceiling and a cost. Start small, build connections, and work your way up to running the city's criminal networks — just watch the risk climb with the reward.

How Progression Works

Criminal activity on NeuroState is built as a ladder, not a menu. Low-difficulty jobs like burglary are accessible to anyone and carry light consequences, while running organized crime requires standing, capital, and a crew — and puts everything on the line if it goes wrong. Every activity below follows the same rules on the Rules page and connects back to the wider Criminal Activities overview.
